At For You, we take great care in delivering quality products to you. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• Returns are only accepted if a clear unboxing video is provided at the time of opening the package.

• The video must be unedited and taken from the moment the package is opened, showing the issue clearly.

• Refunds are not offered at this time.

• We offer exchange only, and the request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
